Gigatech Online Shipping Policy -

• Once an order is placed by Gigatech Online and the payment and order has been verified, ETA to ship the product out is same-day up to 4:00PM EST. After this time, the product will be shipping out next day.
• In cases where there has been delaying in the handling process for the order, The customer will be contacted and made aware of any delays in regards to their order.
• If an order contains more then 1 different products, depending on where current inventory for the product is held, they will likely ship out from different locations across the US. If there is more then a 4 day different between delivery times, the customer will be notified.
• Once a order has been fulfilled, the customer will be notified immediately with an email containing the tracking information for their order.
• Gigatech Online is not responsible for any situations out of the retailer or shipping provider's control such as theft, delays, or any other situation that involves the customer receiving their package once it has left Gigatech Online's possession.
• All Gigatech Online orders come with free shipping but this may vary depending on location of inventory and the customer's designated shipping address.
